The performer alleges she was subjected to inappropriate conduct and a hostile work environment during production.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"459\" data-end=\"739\">Costner, who directs, produces, and stars in the western epic, has denied the allegations through his legal team, calling them \u201cbaseless\u201d and \u201cwithout merit.\u201d The court\u2019s ruling allows most of the claims to move forward, meaning the case will now proceed to the discovery phase.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"741\" data-end=\"999\"><em data-start=\"741\" data-end=\"780\">Horizon: An American Saga \u2014 Chapter 2<\/em> is the follow-up to Costner\u2019s ambitious western project, which he has been developing and financing independently.
